This was our 2nd time at this hotel. We really like the quality and comfort of the bed, bedding and pillows. Everything is clean. The staff is very nice and the access to the hot and cold pools in the spa are great after a long day of walking. Location is also easy for getting around.
the lighting in the bathroom is NOT GOOD! It could easily be fixed with some brighter lights around the mirror. I felt I was trying to get ready in the dark.
Such a kind and helpful staff, clean rooms and good location.
Amazing stay! The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. Very close to the imperial city and many restaurants. Staff are able to help with planning any transfers or tours.
Good location and Spa TREATMENTS were good.
The restaurant was horrible. Overpriced and the food was rubbish. The "steak" was thinner than a boot sole and just as tough. No one was in the Spa when we arrived to make a booking. At a "Spa Hotel" this odd....
2 couples, 2 rooms. Both were excellent. Beautiful decor and extremely comfortable beds. A nice wardrobe for our luggage that included robes and slippers inside. Mini fridge and a nice size TV with plenty of movies to watch. There is both a hot and warm spa. I would have preferred the "warm" to be a bit cooler. Staff is friendly and helpful and spoke good English.
Too many scooters parked in the circular drive that our driver could barely get in to drop us off or pick us up. The warm spa should be a bit cooler to have a nice contrast between the cool and the hot spa.
Lovely staff, good location.
Wasn't to my standard of clean but nothing terrible. There are no block out blinds in the room so it is very light in the mornings.
Large clean room with huge bed. Location was just out of town enough that a short 5 minute walk would get you there but also quiet on a night
We only stayed for one night but it had everything we needed! A comfy bed, a warm shower and a good breakfast. Walking distance from lots of bars/restaurants and a fabulous chocolate shop!
Amazing spa!
Rooms very humid and not so clean
Beautiful hotel! Feels like a small boutique hotel. The spa treatments are amazing and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
Excellent stay. Very clean and comfortable. Hadn’t booked breakfast but added it in on arrival. So pleased we did as the
The air conditioning in my original room did not work although the staff tried to convince me that it did. They did move me to any room and initially the air conditioning worked fine. However, I woke up at 4:30 am and the room was sweltering. Someone did come up. It took a while for them to figure it out. As they were leaving. I turned out the light and the air conditioning cut off. I called them back and even with google translate they didn’t understand that wanted the air conditioning on and the light off. It took them a while to figure that out. By the time they left it was 5:00 am and I was exhausted. I had to get up at 6:00 for an early morning flight. In hindsight, I should have just given up on sleeping and stayed awake until it was time to get up. I overslept and almost missed my flight. If you don’t mind a hot room, this hotel is ok. It’s not in a very convenient location.
I enjoyed the spa and hot tub. Note the jacuzzi is only free from 4pm-7pm. As a hotel guest, you get a 10% discount on spa services. Breakfast was great and definitely worth the money. My hotel room was great and very spacious. I decided against the room with the balcony because the balcony didn't have furniture. The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive. It's also conveniently located within the city.
Spacious rooms- even had a balcony, good location- close to markets and the tourist areas.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice spa
Nice and quiet place, excellent spa, staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean, beds comfortable.
Balcony very small, no furniture, no chance for 2 to sit outside.
As always in Vietnam the staff were just lovely. Hotel is in a good location close to everything you need and the breakfast was very good.
